Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a twelve month
software maintenance agreement with Vista Solutions Group, of Round Rock,
Texas in an amount not to exceed $26,208. Included in the maintenance
agreement are the VisiFIow applications utilized by the Municipal Court, Finance,
and Engineering Departments for electronic document archival and work flow
routing. This vendor qualifies as sole source support as they are the only vendor
who maintains an interface between the Municipal Court Systems CSl and
VisiFIow.

I, the Director of Finance of the Cit~ of Corpus Chdsti, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to
the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.
