Motion to amend pdor to second reading the ordinance amending the Code of
Ordinances, City of Corpus Chdsti, Chapter 55, Utilities, regarding water, gas
and wastewater rates; and providing for an effective date of August 1,2004,
which passed on first reading on July 13, 2004, by amending the I. C. L.
Wastewater Rates, Section 1, Section 55-100 (a).
