Motion to amend prior to second reading the ordinance amending the Code of
Ordinances, City of Corpus Christi, Chapter 21, Garbage, Trash and Other
Refuse, regarding resource recovery fees; providing for penalties; and providing
for an effective date of August 1,2004 which passed on first reading on July 13,
2004, by revising the table in Section 2, Section 21-41 (e)(2).
