Motion approving an amendment to the SPA 30 Sanitary Gravity Trunk Main
Extension, Lift Station, and Force Main Reimbursement Agreement submitted by
Yorktown Oso Joint Venture, to reflect a cost increase of $538,600 for gravity
sanitary sewer, force main, lift station, appurtenances, embedment costs, and
pavement repair.
