Motion approving an amendment to the Sanitary Sewer Construction and
Reimbursement Agreement submitted by Hogan Development Company, owner
and developer for Master Plan Lift Station No. 11 and Force Main, to reflect a
cost increase of $374,600.32 for sanitary sewer, lift station, appurtenances, and
engineering costs.
