Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Third
Amendment to the Pre-Opening Services and Management Agreement for the
Corpus Christi Multi-Purpose Arena between the City of Corpus Chdsti and SMG
to include American Bank, N.A. as naming dghts sponsor for the Multi-Purpose
Arena and Convention Center as an additional named insured on vadous
insurance policies.
