Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Memorandum
of Understanding between Del Mar College District and the City of Corpus Christi
to agree to enter into an Interlocal Agreement in the amount of $165,445 to
provide professional services to facilitate economic development by providing
technical assistance to private, for profit businesses who are creating or retaining
