Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a twelve~month
software maintenance agreement with Tiburon, Inc., of Fremont, California in an
amount not to exceed $91,574. Included in the maintenance agreement are the
Tiburon modules for Records Management, Computer Aided Dispatch, Mobile
Data, Automated Vehicle Locator and Video Imaging.

representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for the c~ntract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to
the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.
