Motion to amend the FY 2003 and FY 2004 Consolidated Annual Action Plan to
add and implement the Amedcan Dream Downpayment Initiative (ADDI) by
increasing HOME Program funds by $76,154 and $89,864, respectively for the
homebuyer assistance program.
