Motion authorizing payment of the Special Commissioners' Condemnation
Award of $31,505.63 for the acquisition of Parcels 429, 436, and 437, each
containing a Utility and Temporary Construction Easement, all located along
Rodd Field Road between Wooldridge Road and Saratoga Boulevard, necessary
for the Southside Water Transmission Main, Phase 4a, Project #8425, and for
other municipal purposes.
