Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute all documents
necessaw with the United States Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) to accept and implement the FY 2004 Consolidated Annual
Action Plan for Community Planning and Development (CPD) Programs that
include the Community Development Block Grant, Emergency Shelter Grant and
Home Investment Partnership Programs.
