Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Geotechnical
Services Contract with Professional Services Industries, Inc. (PSI), of Corpus
Chdsti, Texas in an amount not to exceed $39,690 for the Corpus Chdsti
Intemational Airport Runway 13/31 Rehabilitation, Oveday, Blast Pads,
Shoulders, Edge Lighting and Associated Site Work.

I, the Director of Finance of the Cib/ of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the
money required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in
the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and
has not been appropriated for any other purpose.
