Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Utility
Easement instrument with Agnes L. Polasek, et al, for Parcel 3, in the total
amount of $78,800 plus $1,500 in closing costs, necessary for the Buckingham
Estates Lift Station and Force Main Diversion Project No. 7117 and for other
municipal purposes.

drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose.
