Motion approving a supply agreement with Bay, Ltd., Corpus Chdsti, Texas for
approximately 20,000 tons of hot mix asphalt in accordance with Bid Invitation
No. B1-0001-05 based on Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure of
$711,200. The term of the agreement shall be for twelve months with an option
to extend for up to two additional twelve-month pedods, subject to the approval
of the suppliers and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been
budgeted by Street Services in FY 2004-2005.

be for twelve months with an option to emend for up to two additional twelve month periods, subject
to the approval of the suppliers and the City Manager or his Designee.
