22. O.. Motion authorizing the City Manager, subject to certification of funds, to execute
a Legal Services Agreement with Geoffrey M. Gay, Lloyd, Gosselink, Blevins,
Rochelle, Baldwin & Townsend, P.C., to provide legal advice relating to fees for
use of the City's rights-of-way, utility easements, and other City properties by
pipeline companies; represent the City in implementation of the ordinance; and
take action to collect any fees due the City.
