Motion approving a supply agreement with Alpha Building Services, Corpus
Christi, Texas for custodial service for the main police building in accordance
with Bid Invitation No. B1-0073-04, based on most advantageous bid for an
estimated annual expenditure of $65,50;3.20. The term of the contract is for
twelve months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month
pedods subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee. Funds have been budgeted by the Police Department in FY 2004-
2005.
