Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
1 to the contract with Halff Associates, Inc. of Austin, Texas in the amount of
$44,500 for a total restated fee of $164,873 to the Park and Recreation Master
and Open Space Plan project for the inclusion of the Cole Park Master Plan.
