McKibben, Woosley & Villarreal, L.L.P. and Canales & Simonson, P.C. to
provide legal representation in Cause No. C-04-94, Golder v. City, et al, at an
houdy rate not exceeding $150, subject to certification of funds.

in the Treasury' to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been
appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are sul~ject to annual appropriation by the Cit~
