Motion approving the purchase of one aircraft rescue and fire fighting vehicle
from Emergency One, Inc., Ocala, Flodda, in accordance with Bid Invitation No_
B1-0023-05, based on Iow bid for a total amount of $541,627. This vehicle will be
used by the Aviation Department for fire suppression and crash rescue at the
Corpus Chdsti Intemational Airport. Funding is available from the Airport Capital
Improvement Program Grant and Reserve Funds.

I, the Director of Finance of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representalive), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury
to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been
appropriated for any other purpose.
