Motion approving the purchase of 440 water meters from Badger Meter, Inc.,
Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0038-05 based
on Iow bid for a total amount of $25,828. The meters will be used by the Water
Department. Funds have been budgeted by the Water Department in FY 2004-
2005.

appropriated for any other purpose.
