Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to pay the amount of
$69,631.90 to the Coastal Bend Bays and Estuaries Program, Inc. (CBBEP),
being the difference in value of the acreage and associated costs of acquisition
for 64.277 acres owned by the CBBEP which are to be exchanged for 47.37
acres owned by the City of Corpus Chdsti as part of the Rincon Bayou Diversion
Pipeline Project (#8416).
