Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a twelve-month
software maintenance agreement with Infosol, Inc., of Bellaire, Texas in an
amount not to exceed $41,299.05. Included in this agreement is maintenance
and support for the CourtHouse software currently being utilized by the Municipal
Court. This vendor qualifies as sole source support as they are the only vendor
providing support for the City's Municipal Court application CourtHouse, past
June 30, 2006.

required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to
[he credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.
