Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order
No. 1 with the Construction Manager at Risk Contract with Fulton/Coastcon and
Hunt Construction Group, Joint Venture of Corpus Chdsti, Texas and
Indianapolis, Indiana in the amount of $331,409 for installation of a 36-inch
Storm Water Main from Whataburger Field to the Corpus Chdsti Ship Channel
and increasing the Guaranteed Maximum Price to $21,791,935 for construction
for the Professional Minor League Baseball Stadium.

required for the contract, ag reement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to
the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.
