Motion appointing Hector DePeda, Melissa Madrigal, and Jerry Batek as Part-
Time Judges of the Municipal Court of Corpus Christi, Texas effective January
17, 2005 and setting their salades at an houdy rate equal to that of the other
Municipal Cour[ Judges to work hours as determined by the Presiding Judge to
terms co-terminous with those of the City Council.
