3 to the Contract for Professional Services with LNV Engineering, Inc., of Corpus
Christi, Texas, in the amount of $172,500 for a total restated fee of $516,475 for
the Mansheim Area Drainage Improvements Project, Phases 2A through 6A
(BOND ISSUE 2004).
