Motion to delay the first reading of the ordinance eliminating the Hospital Speed
Zone on Alameda Street, and to instruct staff to proceed with pedestrian safety
improvements; and to request that a public headng be held by the Transportation
Advisory Committee on the proposed ordinance pdor to the first reading to be
brought back for Council consideration within 120 days.
