Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Utility
Easement instrument from the First Baptist Church of Corpus Chdsti for the
acquisition of Parcels 1,3, 4 and 5 in the total amount of $60,527, each parcel
containing both a Utility and Temporary Construction Easement, necessary for
the Lindale/Chenoweth Subdivision Area Drainage Improvements, Phase 1
Project (#2174), and for other municipal purposes.

required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to
the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose,
