Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Deferment Agreement with
Onac Development, Inc., owner and developer of The Boardwalk Unit 2
Subdivision in the amount of $1,114,560.32 for public improvements including
street pavement, curb, gutter and sidewalks, sanitary and storm sewer lines and
water mains to serve The Boardwalk Unit 2 Subdivision, in accordance with the
Platting Ordinance Section V-Required Improvements, Subsection A.3.(b).
