Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to approve a Renewal for
Standard Maintenance with PeopleSoft USA, Inc., of Pleasanton, California in
the amount of $38,740 for twelve (12) months PeopleSoft software maintenance
and support for eDevelopment, eCompensation, eBenefits, eProfile, eRecruit,
and ePay software based on sole source.
