Motion approving the Sanitary Sewer Construction and Reimbursement
Agreement submitted by ONAC Developers, Inc., owner and developer of The
Boardwalk Unit 2 subdivision located west of the intersection of Brockhampton
Street and Stonehenge Drive for the installation of 989 linear feet, off-site, 12-
inch PVC sanitary sewer collection line along the present and proposed
westward extension of Stonehenge Drive serving the new southside elementary
school, connecting to an existing sanitary sewer line on the west side right-of-
way of Brockhampton Street.
