Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 277 gate valves, ranging
in size from 3 inches to 12 inches, with Titan Pipe 8, Supply Company, Inc., of
Corpus Chdsti, Texas in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0044-05, based
on Iow bid meeting specifications, for an estimated annual expenditure of
$91,611.90. The term of the contract will be for twelve months with an option to
extend for up to two additional twelve-month pedods, subject to the approval of
the supplier and the City Manager or his designee.

1, the Director of Finance of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury
to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been
appropriated fer any other purpose.
Agenda item: Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 277 gate valves, ranging
in size from 3" to 12", with Titan Pipe & Supply Company, lnc., Corpus Christi, Texas in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0044-05, based on low bid meeting specifications, for an
estimated annual expenditure of $91,611.90. The term of the contract will be for twelve months
with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods, subject to the approval
of the supplier and the City Manager, or his designee.
