Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to enter into a contract with
McGdff, Seibels & Williams of Texas, Inc., (McGdf0, in the amount of $187,000
for an annual premium for Excess General Liability, Public Officials Liability.
Employment Liability and Law Enforcement Liability Insurance coverage. The
term of the contract will be for three years with an option to renew for one
additional 12-month pedod subject to the approval of the City Manager or his
designee.
