amendment with Public Technology, Inc. (PTI) and RAM Technologies, Inc.
(RAM), of Washington, DC in the amount of $90,452 to provide consulting
services needed for an accurate physical meter inventory to support the
Automated Meter Reading (AMR) pilot project.
