Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a legal services agreement with
Matin Rochelle of Lloyd, Gosselink, Blevins, Rochelle & Townsend, P.C., to
provide legal services related to renewal and modification of the TPDES permit
for the Greenwood WVVTP, at an hourly rate that does not exceed $250.00, plus
expenses subject to ce~ification of funds.

money required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below
is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn,
and has not been appropriated for any other purpose.
