Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to the legal
services agreement with Michael J. Nasi of Lloyd, Gosselink, Blevins, Rochelle &
Townsend, P.C., to provide legal services related to environmental issues
involved with the acquisition of a site for a new wastewater treatment plant to
replace the Broadway VVW'I'P, at an houdy rate of $210.00, plus expenses
(including the hiring of environmental consultants), subject to certification of
funds.

and has not been appropriated for any other purpose.
