Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Deferment Agreement with Mr.
Armando Ortiz (Developer), in the amount of $148,470 for public improvements
including street pavement, curb, gutter and sidewalks, sanitary and storm sewer
lines and water main to serve Industrial Technology Park Unit 2 subdivision, in
accordance with the Platting Ordinance Section V-Required Improvements,
Subsection A.3.(b).
