Motion approving the Water Distribution Grid Main Construction and
Reimbursement Agreement submitted by Baybreeze Development, L.P., owner
and developer of Monte Verde at Terra Mar Unit 1 subdivision located east of the
future extension of Ennis Joslin Road south of Holly Road for the installation of
1,090 linear feet of a 12-inch PVC water distribution grid main.
