Motion approving the Sanitary Sewer Trunk Force Main and Lift Station
Construction and Reimbursement Agreement submitted by Shaws Development
Joint Venture, owner and developer, for Northwest Crossing Subdivision Units 1,
2, 3, and 4. The installation of a Master Plan Lift Station with 12 foot diameter
wet well and 10.000 linear feet of 12-inch Force Main, easement acquisition and
related appurtenances.
