Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Deferment Agreement with
The Gray Estate, (Developer), in the amount of $208.691.75 for public
improvements including street pavement, curb, gutter and sidewalks, sanitary
and storm sewer lines and water main to serve Corpus Christi Retirement
Residence Addition, in accordance with the Platting Ordinance Section V-
Required Improvements, Subsection A.3.(b).
