Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Deferment Agreement with
Bay Area Fellowship Church, in the amount of $362,539 for the public
improvements including street pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, storm sewer
lines and water mains within Bay Area Fellowship Church Tract, Block 1, Lot 1,
located east of the Chapman Ranch Road south of the Oso Creek and north of
F.M. Road 43, in accordance with the Platting Ordinance Section V - Required
Improvements, Subsection A.3.(b).
