Motion approving the Transmission and Gdd Main Construction and
Reimbursement Agreement submitted by Airy Enterprises, Inc., owner and
developer of Greystone Unit 1 subdivision located south of Slough Road east of
Rodd Field Road for the installation of 1,143 linear feet of a 12-inch PVC water
grid main.
