Motion approving the Sanitary Sewer Trunk Force Main and Lift Station
Construction and Reimbursement Agreement submitted by Springfield
Development, owner and developer of South Fork Unit 5 Subdivision for the
reconstruction of the existing Master Plan Lift Station No. 1047 (Greenfields by
the Bay), located west of Rodd Field Road and south of Wooldddge Road, with
12 foot diameter wet well and 3,850 linear feet of 12-inch Force Main, easement
acquisition and related appurtenances.
