Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order
No. 5 to the Resaca Lift Station contract with Holloman Corporation, of
Converse, Texas in the amount of $142,468.18 for additional work to provide
access to the existing Broadway Wastewater Treatment Plant and for dewatedng
at two locations.

money required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in
the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and
has not been appropriated for any other purpose.
