Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with
Collier, Johnson & Woods, of Corpus Christi, Texas in the estimated amount of
$126,000 to perform the financial and compliance audit requirements for fiscal
year 2005. The term of the contract shall be for twelve months with an option to
extend for up to four additional twelve-month pedods subject to the approval of
the contractor and the City Manager or his designee.
