Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Deferment Agreement with D &
J Land Company, developer of Padre/Interstate 37 Business Park Unit 2, Lots 1,
2, and 3, Block 1 located south of Interstate Highway 37 and west of Lantana
Street in the amount of $138,827.05 for on-site public improvements including
street pavement, curb, gutter and sidewalks, storm sewer lines and water mains
to serve Padre/Interstate 37 Business Park Unit 2, Lots 1,2, and 3, Block 1, in
accordance with the Platting Ordinance Section V-Required Improvements
Subsection A.3b).
