Motion approving the Transmission and Grid Main Construction and
Reimbursement Agreement submitted by the Corpus Christi Retirement
Residence Limited Partnership, owner and developer of the Corpus Christi
Retirement Residence Addition, Block 1, Lots 1,2, and 3, located north of Lipes
Boulevard and west of South Staples Street for the installation of 290 linear feet
of a 12-inch PVC water grid main.
