Motion approving the purchase of one prisoner transport vehicle from Philpott
Motors, of Port Neches, Texas for the total amount of $31,600.75. The award is
based on the City's Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the Houston
Galveston Area Council of Governments (HGAC). This van is an addition to the
fleet. Funding is available from the FY 2004-2005 Police Grants Fund.
