Motion approving the purchase of four (4) pickup trucks from Access Ford, Ltd.,
of Corpus Christi, Texas in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0126-05, based
on Iow bid for a total amount of $74,636. The vehicles will be purchased for the
Fire Department. All four of the vehicles are replacements to the fleet. Funding
is available from the FY 2004-2005 Capital Outlay Budget in the General Fund. )

agrcelnenl, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified
below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose

total amount of $74,636. Thc vehicles will be purchased for the Fire Department. All four of the
