Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order
No. 5 to a construction contract with Bay, Ltd., of Corpus Christi, Texas in the
amount of $135,416.56 for the Laguna Shores Road Reconstruction Project from
Mediterranean to Caribbean. (BOND ISSUE 2000)
