Motion to sustain appeal by SDI Realty of a Development Services department
decision to deny multiple drive accesses on Airline Road to the proposed Padre
Commons Plaza development by granting two right-in and two right-out
driveways as far south on Airline Road as possible with channeling and costs to
be borne by the developer.
